UK-made walk-in baths supplied ready to fit, with showrooms around the country. Supply only.
CareCo (UK) Limited sells walk-in baths and deep soakers that it states are made in the UK and delivered ready for installation. Note that this is supply only — CareCo confirms you will need to arrange a qualified plumber to fit the bath, so budget for that separately. The advantage is price and the chance to see and step into a bath in one of their showrooms, which are open seven days a week, rather than deciding from a brochure. VAT relief is available to eligible customers.
Before you commit
- Get a written quotation and never agree to a price on the doorstep or over the phone.
- Take your time. A genuine company will not pressure you with a "today only" discount.
- Ask a family member or friend to sit in on the visit if you can.
- Check whether you qualify for VAT relief, a council grant, or free equipment first.
- You normally have 14 days to cancel an order agreed at home or online, though bespoke fitted items can be an exception — get the cancellation terms in writing.
